19th Century Wooden Pocket Watch
I modeled, textured and rendered this wooden pocket watch inspired by similar watches created by Russian watchmaker Mikhail Semyonovich Bronnikov (c.1860) and sons. The wire-frame is also shown.
Bronnikov also created pocket watches made almost entirely of bone. Here is an exhibit of one of his wooden watches at the Patek Phillipe Museum in Geneva, Switzerland. More images of his other wooden and ivory watches via Google search.
