Recent rendering work for local non-profit. I love the process and satisfaction I get from clients/customers that appreciate my work.
The model is a digital representation of real office space in a downtown location. Additional tweaking of lighting and textures could certainly enhance the rendering. The purpose of the rendering will be to provide an attractive visualization of space to attract future tenants. More work and renderings are likely.
