Had some time and wanted to share some matboard models from various students and varying levels of skill. These scale models were designed from students between the ages of 12-18 in my architectural design course. You'll notice that the first matboard model has a corresponding digital model. Students are required, among other things, to create a digital AND matboard representation of their design.
I teach students the scale-modeling cutting, design skills. I also teach students how to use the computer-aided application to create their digital models.
